Since you’re moving to an Android device, it’s very common that you can use a Google account. But if you haven’t set up one, you can easily do it by heading towards Google’s Homepage, and select the “create account” option. You can do this on your smartphone or even on the desktop. Now once your account is created, head to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars section, and add the Google account there. Now, Press the “Add Account” button, select the Gmail option, and enter in your login information.
Now, your iPhone will ask which parts of your Google account you’d like to sync. Make sure you select Contacts. Then your iPhone and Android devices will start syncing contacts with one another. But be patient this part takes time depending on your contacts. And also keep your internet connection active when your contacts are syncing.
So, keep checking the progress by navigating to the Google Contacts. And once your contacts are done syncing, log in to your Android device with your Google account information, and you will be done!

For doing so, go to your iPhone’s setting, choose “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”, and then choose “Accounts” where you should see “iCloud” listed. Now, turn the toggle on for “Contacts” and your iPhone will prompt you to “Merge” your device’s contacts with iCloud.
After this step is done, head towards icloud.com on your on your PC’s web browser and log in with your Apple ID. Once logged in, select Contacts > All Contacts. Now click on the click the gear icon at the bottom of the page and click on “Export vCard”.
Next, navigate to gmail.com and click on the “Mail” button, and then select “Contacts”. After that tap on the “More” tab and select “Import”. Next, tap on “Choose File”, and then select your saved vCard file. So, when it gets done importing, Gmail will display the number of contacts that have been imported.
